I offer education, accountability, and support to help people make lasting changes. Whether it's attending classes or working one on one, I would be honored to join you on your wellness journey to help you feel your best!
RESTORATIVE YOGA + SOUND BATH
2nd Monday of each month, 7:00-8:15 pm
Let the healing power of sound deepen your relaxation with this restful practice. Restorative yoga poses are done lying down in a state of relaxation, allowing your body to do deep healing work. Sound bath by Resonance VST adds a luxurious layer of relaxation, leaving you feeling blissfully restored!
Mondays, 6:30 pm
Build strength and flexibility with this mixed level yoga class! Vinyasa combines movement with breath as we flow through a series of poses, strengthening the mind body connection. Great for everyone from the beginner to the experienced yogi. Bring your own mat or use one of ours!
Wednesdays, 10:00 am
Yoga Barre combines elements of yoga and ballet for a fun full-body workout with a focus on core strength!
YOGA FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Wednesdays, 4:30 pm
This class will focus on using mindfulness techniques to improve resiliency and mental health.
I have been working with Jen to improve my health and yoga practice for years and absolutely love the hands-on, personal approach. Her space feels warm, safe, and intimate. I know I'll get focused attention and instruction when I'm there.
